Refund policy

1. Return of the cost of an e-ticket with a specified date and time. When making a request for a refund less than a day before the visit, the cost of the order is not refunded.

2. Return of the cost of an electronic ticket with an open date. When applying for a refund, the last day is considered the expiration date of the e-ticket.

In order to receive the refund of the e-ticket price, the client fills out an application addressed to the Director of the branch of the Centre, where indicated last name, first name, number of the e-ticket, passport data, e-mail address and account* of the bank card from which the payment was made; date of placing the order, cost of the order, and enclose the original of the unused ticket. In order to receive the refund, the client must present the documen confirming identity. The refund will be made to the account specified in the application.

The application has to be sent to the e-mail: The refund is made to the payer’s bank account within 5-20 business days (the period depends on the bank that issued your card).

* The card number is not the same as account number. The account number consists of twenty digits. Processing of the application is 10 days.
